ADL Never is Now New York State CLE Financial Aid Policy
Full financial scholarships and discounts are available for those seeking CLE credit in New York. An application must be submitted by 5pm ET on March 10, 2026. Applications received after that time may be denied.
A full scholarship will be granted to attorneys who are unemployed.
Lawyers earning less than $50,000 are eligible for a 75% discount while those earning between $50,000 and $75,000 are eligible for a 50% discount.
Scholarships may be applied toward tuition only. Individuals are responsible for all other costs associated with attending the program.
Financial aid is awarded based on need and subject to available funding. ADL reserves the right to limit the number of financial aid awards per program.
Requests should be submitted to neverisnow@adl.org. Each request must include the following:
1. Applicant’s full legal name and New York bar admission number
2. Name and date of the CLE program for which aid is requested
3. A brief written statement describing the basis for the financial hardship
ADL will review all requests on a rolling basis and notify applicants of the decision in writing by 5pm ET on March 11, 2026. ADL’s decision on financial aid requests is final.
ADL will maintain records of all financial aid requests received, the number of requests granted, and the amount of assistance awarded for each program. This information will be reported to the NY State CLE Board as required.
