Co-Founder, JewBelong

Archie Gottesman is the co-founder of JewBelong.org, a groundbreaking organization and web-based platform originally focused on rebranding Judaism to make it more warm, relevant and welcoming for all, no matter where they are on their Jewish journey! Since May of 2021, JewBelong has also been raising awareness about the evils of antisemitism through their billboard and digital campaigns. JewBelong’s bright pink billboards, with messaging like Let’s be clear: Hamas is your problem too and I need to be able to tell my children I did not stay silent have been in over 31 states, and are laser focused on getting out of the Jewish echo chamber and speaking plainly in memorable sound bites to the 98% of Americans who are not Jewish. Archie resides in New York City.

Matthew Segal

Co-Founder and Co-CEO, ATTN:

Matthew Segal is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of ATTN:, a media company that bridges entertainment with topical issues to explain the world around us. Since launching ATTN: in the fall of 2014, he has built the company’s content operation into an award-winning, global media brand that sold to Candle Media in 2022. He has been instrumental in spearheading the ATTN:’s partnerships with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, ABC News, Apple, and HBO to launch premium video in a variety of original formats.

Segal is a seasoned interviewer and has sat down for exclusives with a wide range of political and cultural leaders including President Joe Biden, Secretary of State John Kerry, House Leader Nancy Pelosi as well as music legends Bono, Keith Richards, and Patti Smith.

Previously, Matthew was the co-founder and president of OurTime.org, one of the nation’s largest non-profit organizations committed to increasing voter participation among young Americans.

Matthew is also a regular TV commentator who has contributed to MSNBC, CNN, The Today Show, as well as Real Time with Bill Maher. He has also been an ABC News correspondent, and host of a radio show on SiriusXM. In 2017, The Hollywood Reporter named Matthew one of the entertainment industry’s top 35 Under 35.

Segal was born and raised in Chicago and graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio.

Director of Research Strategy, Center for Antisemitism Research, ADL

Melissa Dunn Silesky is the Director of Research Strategy at the Center for Antisemitism Research (CAR) within the ADL. In this role, Melissa leads CAR’s messaging research portfolio, focusing on the translation of research findings into real-world impact. Prior to ADL, Melissa was the Associate Director of Research at The Public Good Projects (PGP), a public health nonprofit. There, she led communications and evaluation studies focused on vaccine hesitancy, harm reduction, and the role of social media influencers as public health messengers.
