Erin Kuchar

Director, Philanthropic Outreach - East Division, ADL

Erin Kuchar serves as the Director of Philanthropic Outreach (DPO) for ADL’s East Division. In this role, she supports and guides the development teams from ADL’s Connecticut, New England, New York/New Jersey and Philadelphia regions and serves as the lead philanthropic partner for the East Division’s Vice President, working strategically to ensure the success of the Division’s fundraising initiatives and priorities. Prior to assuming this role, she served as ADL New York/New Jersey’s Director of Development and Leadership and Director of Major Gifts. She is a knowledgeable fundraiser with extensive experience in Board and leadership engagement and development, team building, grant writing and event planning and management. Before joining ADL in 2017, Erin served as the Director of Development for New Yorkers for Children, the nonprofit partner of New York City’s Administration for Children’s Services, lead her own nonprofit consulting agency and served as a Manager of Development and Special Events for Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region in Philadelphia. Erin earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Psychology as well as her master’s in public administration, with a certificate in nonprofit management, from Villanova University.
