Zach Schaffer is an accomplished facilitator, educator, and organizer who has dedicated his career to empowering people to nurture compassion and communicate across differences. He is renowned for his unique ability to unpack complex and emotionally charged topics with clarity and compassion.

He has trained thousands of leaders across the world in Fortune 500 companies, global nonprofits, government, and universities. Throughout his career he has led trainings on workplace culture and respect, healthy masculinity, male allyship, storytelling, relationship-building, and depolarization.

As co-founder of Project Shema, he has helped build an organization that works to ensure collective Jewish inclusion and safety inside healthy pluralistic societies. He serves on various boards, enjoys riding his motorcycle, and is a rising voice in the conversation around the culture and legalization of psychedelics.
